a) Developing appropriate production plan and delivery time after qualified order assessment.
b) Checking the materials in accordance with ERP systems by PMC department
c) Purchasing Department is responsible for material procurement, while PMC for tracking materials and ensuring that materials be in place on time.
d) Mass production by the Manufacturing Department after inspection by QC.
e) IPQC responsible for the entire manufacturing process.
f) Finished products inspection before delivering to warehouse.
